You are an excellent hypnotherapist. And you probably spend more time looking for clients than seeing them.
That is the paradox of this profession: you train for years to support people, then discover that you also need to build a website, write articles, keep up social media, buy advertising, run an online calendar… without ever being sure any of it produces anything.
And there is something else, less often mentioned: the loneliness of working alone. Nobody to debrief a difficult session with, nobody to ask for a second opinion, nobody to tell you whether your practice is moving in the right direction.
Solutions Hypnose exists to answer both of those problems at once.

Hello, I am Guillemette Moreau and I founded Solutions Hypnose out of love and fascination for therapeutic hypnosis. With three aims : 1) To make better known this wonderful tool that therapeutic hypnosis is, and its many benefits. 2) To bring together a team of remarkable hypnotherapists in a network that shares the same philosophy and values collaboration and exchange. 3) And to offer, through that network, therapeutic hypnosis and coaching sessions to people who want to change things in their lives.
We are now a fine team in Canada, France and Morocco, all passionate about our work, and thanks to the talents of its members we work in French, English, Spanish and Arabic. The magic of hypnosis is that you are the one who finds your own way, at your own pace, for gentle change. By activating your imagination and your creativity, by communicating with your subconscious, which knows very well how to open the right doors.
Whether it is for managing stress and the symptoms of anxiety, managing emotions, building self-confidence and self-esteem, handling fears better, changing behaviours… do try therapeutic hypnosis ! You will know very quickly whether you enjoy the hypnotic state, and you may be surprised by what it brings you as you move towards your goal. You can book an appointment directly on our website.
Every hypnotherapist has their own page, where you will find their fields and specialities along with a booking button that leads to their online calendar. Depending on what you need, you will almost certainly find the right person for you or for your child. Some have specialities such as support around birth and early parenthood, pain management, stopping smoking… Do send them an email to check that they are the right resource for you, and if they are not, they will point you to a colleague better placed to help.

I am delighted that you are interested in joining this wonderful team.
I created Solutions Hypnose to help colleagues and friends build their client base. Yes — I love building websites, I love marketing, which was my profession for twenty years, and above all I am passionate about hypnosis, NLP and coaching.
Our mission: to help our clients create the life they want, and so contribute to a world that is more harmonious, freer and more emotionally intelligent.
To do that, we want to: build a community of partners passionate about people and about their craft; create a quality standard for therapeutic hypnosis, with continuing education and supervision; and develop exchange of practice between Canada, France and Morocco.
And so offer our clients services of real excellence!
How it works
What we bring
- A visibility engine, maintained continuously. Four websites — one international hub and three national sites —, a content strategy built subject by subject, search visibility work, social media and videos.
- A flow of qualified enquiries directed to you according to your area and your specialities.
- A personal page in your name, with your background, your specialities and your contact details — an asset that also serves you outside the network.
- An online booking platform, ready to use.
- Continuing education and supervision: regular sessions, practice-sharing groups, keeping watch on approaches.
- And a community spread across Canada, France and Morocco, with everything that brings in different perspectives on the same practice.
What you bring
- Your expertise and your seriousness, first of all: you carry the network's image and values with your clients.
- Your part in the life of the team: training, practice-sharing meetings, supervision.
- Your practice management: you remain independent. You run your office, your hours, your invoicing and your payments.
- Alignment on shared fees as far as possible — that is what makes the network's promise legible to clients.
- And a contribution of 15% on business generated through the platform.
The financial model, plainly
Let us set it out without evasion, because it is the question everyone asks.

The essential point: you only pay on what the network brings you. The clients you already have, those who come by word of mouth, those you find by your own means — nothing is owed on any of them. In other words, the network costs you nothing as long as it brings you nothing.
And how does that compare? Acquiring a client through online advertising costs several tens of euros or dollars today, with no guarantee they will book and nothing durable built. On top of that comes what you do not invoice: the hours spent writing, publishing, optimising. The 15%, by contrast, applies only to sessions actually delivered.
The profile we are looking for
You are an experienced hypnotherapist, ideally also a professional coach and certified in NLP. Teaching in a recognised school is a plus.
You share our requirements — and that is the most important criterion. No promise of results, a straight referral to a doctor or a psychologist when the situation calls for it, confidentiality, the client's autonomy as the goal, and the legal framework of your country respected — see our commitments.
You want a collective: exchanging with peers, continuing to learn, and helping serious therapeutic hypnosis gain ground — changing the world one person at a time.
What we are not looking for
Let us be clear about it — it will save everyone time.
We do not take on practitioners who promise guaranteed results, those who cannot say "this is not my field", those who stray into areas that are not theirs, or those looking only for a client-acquisition channel with no interest in the life of the collective.
This is not severity for its own sake: it is what protects the value of belonging to the network for everyone else.
Areas and specialities
We do not recruit everywhere, nor all the time. To avoid competition between partners, we only open a place when the geographical area is free or a speciality is not covered.
Where we are currently looking:
- In France: we are looking for good partners across the whole country. The network is still young there: Paris, Brunoy, Lille, Strasbourg, Saverne, Voiron, Montpellier, Saint-Gilles. Many regions remain open.
- In Quebec and Ontario: the team is already large, and places open regularly depending on regions and specialities.
- In Morocco: Sanae launched Solutions Hypnose in Casablanca. Would you like to join her and build the Moroccan team? It is a fine opportunity: everything is still to be built.
Even if your area looks taken, do write: specialities and configurations change.
How it unfolds
- You get in touch. An email to Guillemette is enough to start.
- You fill in the introduction document. Background, training, specialities, plans — it saves us both time.
- We get to know each other. A first conversation to answer your questions and check that there is mutual interest.
- We talk it through. A conversation with two partners from the network about a real case, to understand your practice, answer your questions and check that our ways of working fit. You are assessing us as much as we are assessing you.
- We build your presence. Personal page, booking platform set up, integration into the websites.
- You join the collective. Training, exchange groups, supervision — and the first enquiries start to arrive.

Frequently asked questions about partnership
No. You remain self-employed: your office, your hours, your invoicing, your methods. What you take on are shared ethical commitments and, as far as possible, the network fee. Nobody will tell you how to run your sessions.
Compare it with what you spend today to find a client: advertising, time spent producing content, tools.
And above all, remember that this contribution applies only to clients who came from the network: your own client base is not affected at all. If the network brings you nothing, it costs you nothing.
Absolutely, and many of our partners do. Your own clients remain yours, with no contribution. The network is added to your practice, it does not replace it.
It depends on your area and on local competition. A personal page takes a few weeks to gain ground, and search visibility works over time: we will not promise immediate results. We will give you a realistic order of magnitude when we talk, based on your area.
Our logic is simple: a partnership lasts because it serves both sides, not because a contract requires it.
It is not compulsory, but it is appreciated: part of what we offer rests on hypno-coaching. What matters more is how solid your hypnosis training is, and whether you share the network's commitments.
The network is for experienced practitioners — that is the condition of the standard we defend. That said, do write: depending on your background and your area, we can talk about it, and nothing prevents you from coming back to us later.
Not necessarily. Configurations change, specialities complement each other, and a "covered" area can be a wide one. Write to us with your sector and your specialities.
