Hypnosis Sessions for SELF-CONFIDENCE and SELF-ESTEEM
Feeling Good About Yourself - Getting Along with Others
Self-Confidence, Self-Image, and Self-Esteem
Self-confidence is what enables us to take action despite risks or difficulties.
I believe in my abilities, and I can act effectively without fear of failure or the judgment of others.
It’s a matter of ability and skills—literally, «I can» or «I can’t.».
Self-Image:
But people who say they lack self-confidence don't necessarily just have a problem with their abilities; they often also have a problem with their self-image.
«I'm not capable of doing this» becomes a judgment about oneself: I think that, generally speaking, I'm not capable, that I'm hopeless (and so I get even more flustered…).
Self-Esteem:
Sometimes a poor self-image is rooted in a personal history or in beliefs so strong that they have undermined my identity.
This is the third level: Self-Esteem or Self-Love.
The Consequences of Low Self-Esteem: Deep down, I don't like it; I think I'm no good.
This fundamental doubt about one's own worth can lead to anxiety or depression.
If this applies to you or if you're struggling, see a psychologist or psychotherapist.
The Link Between Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence
The Vicious Cycle Between Low Self-Confidence and Low Self-Esteem:
A lack of self-confidence can cause us to turn down opportunities or lose our composure.
A disappointing result or a failure will further undermine self-esteem.
This reinforces limiting beliefs about myself and my abilities.
And a vicious cycle of loss of self-confidence, self-deprecation, and loss of self-esteem sets in.
Impostor Syndrome
I don't belong here; I'm not legitimate…
Impostor Syndrome is that feeling of not deserving one’s place, of not being good enough, combined with the sense that one is deceiving those around them and the fear of being exposed.
Public Speaking and Job Interviews
When others are watching, stress increases.
Speaking in public—being the center of everyone’s attention—can make it easier to lose my composure, especially if I am, or think I am, being evaluated or judged.

Therapeutic Hypnosis to Build Self-Confidence
Understanding Your Lack of Self-Confidence
The first step is to understand typical situations that lead to a loss of self-confidence and to identify the specific situations that cause you stress, the inner dialogue that kicks in at those moments, and the limiting beliefs about yourself that are associated with them.
Overcoming Your Fears and Doubts
Hypnosis can help you identify and address the fears or doubts that undermine your self-confidence. For example, if you’re afraid of public speaking, hypnosis will help you relax, visualize successful scenarios, and build confidence in your abilities.
Changing Limiting Beliefs
Hypnosis can be used to change certain negative or limiting beliefs about your abilities.
Reducing Stress and Anxiety
Visualization techniques, for example, can help you become familiar with new environments or new behaviors.
Therapeutic Hypnosis to Improve Self-Esteem
Understanding Low Self-Esteem
Identifying your limiting inner voices and your favorite mental scenarios will allow you to step back from what undermines your self-image and self-esteem.
To possibly cut ties with certain toxic people, whether in the present or the past.

I wanted to resolve an old relationship issue, and it gave me the chance to work on my self-confidence!
It set me free, especially professionally: in fact, I applied for and got a new job!
Nathalie (Self-Confidence)

I came to practice speaking in English, which isn't my native language. It went okay, but I was still a little nervous, and I knew my tone was monotonous.
I don't know how, I'm now more relaxed and natural when I speak, and I enjoy it more.
