What Is Ericksonian Hypnosis?<\/h2>\n

The\u2019Ericksonian hypnosis<\/strong> is a modern form of therapeutic hypnosis developed by Milton H. Erickson<\/strong> (1901\u20131980), an American psychiatrist.<\/p>\n

Milton Erickson assumed that Every individual possesses within themselves the resources necessary for change<\/strong>, and that the unconscious is not a reservoir of disorders, but a a source of solutions and deep insight<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Unlike traditional hypnosis, which relies on direct commands, this method aims to flexible, permissive, and indirect<\/strong>.
In a Ericksonian Hypnosis Consultation<\/strong>, the therapist does not impose a solution: he leads a process<\/strong>, where the person takes an active role in their own transformation.<\/p>\n
